International Shipping
The shipping costs and methods for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed completely. We use USPS for all international shipments.

Standard Ground Delivery, Continental United States
For Standard Ground shipping (of in-stock items) Please allow 5-7 business days from the date the package was shipped. Your package will take 24-36 business hours to process and ship.

*Standard delivery is unavailable to Alaska or Hawaii.

Next Day Shipping
Orders (of in-stock items) placed Monday-Friday, will take 24-36 business hours to process and ship. Your package will arrive in the next business day, from the date your package was shipped.

Second Day Shipping
Orders (of in-stock items) placed Monday-Friday, will take 24-36 business hours to process and ship. Your package will arrive in two business days from the date your package was shipped.

*We do not ship or deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

*Express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or an APO/Military address may require additional funds.

*Clothes Encounters Wholesale is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

*In case of a lost package, please contact us within 30 days of the ship date. Claims submitted after 30 days, will not be accepted.

Shipping to a different address:
You may place an order to be shipped to an address other than that of your billing address.

ClothesEncountersWholesale ships to all 50 United States, the U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

International Shipping Destinations:

International Shipping & Handling Rates : All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars

Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
